Account Manager

We are seeking a professional Account Manager to join our account management team. The account manager will work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and help them reach their production goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, including daily communication with the customer's team to understand their needs.
• Communicate clients needs to Tetro’s inner functions, such as operations, engineering, production etc.
• Solve complex and urgent problems in production - in the factory and in front of customers and suppliers

Project Manager

We are seeking a professional and experienced project manager to join our team. The project manager will manage a GANT chart of different processes in production, making sure that everything is happening in the right timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex turnkey projects involving multiple disciplines
• Follow up on project tasks and processes.
• Dive in to the smallest details, understand the processes deeply, to make sure the project meets the budget and lead time.
• Solve complex and urgent problems during the development stage.
